Because Elletipi has a layout and production approach that is extremely reliable and efficient. Eleven production lines combine for a moulded production capacity of approximately 1.2 million tonnes per year of polymers. We have a variety of moulding machines from 65 to 1,110 tonnes. With six assembly lines and a Lean methodology, we are able to handle a wide range of different workstreams at any given time. Other resources include a mould warehouse and highly efficient service centre.
