TerritorImpresa is a biennial event that celebrates the beauty, sustainability, and inclusivity of the Valdelsa production chains. On January 24, 2025, Elletipi Srl hosted the creative workshop "What’s Needed in the Kitchen: Analysis and Innovation for the Future of Domestic Spaces."

In collaboration with the Design for Sustainability Lab of the DIDA Department of Architecture, University of Florence, this workshop provided an opportunity to share knowledge and inspire innovations that respect and enhance our beloved territory.

With the participation of students from the Roncalli - Sarrocchi Institute, we demonstrated our commitment to education and the integration of new generations into the workforce, laying the foundation for a future where tradition and innovation come together.
